It's days like this that whatever sport you love just makes for great reading. Hibs great result at ibrox no prediction or heartfelt hope could have said we were going to win,but hey come 10 to 5 (uk time) or 10 to 12 (est) or where ever you may have been could we believe that scoreline and where it put us! ;D And then not with the same passion for us hibbies nor Scotsman,or football supporters, but the shock of hearing that England had beaten the over whelming favourites for that game Australia in marseille and now France have beaten the over whelming favourites for the tournament New Zealand in Cardiff!! An unbelievable day off sporting moments. Maybe there is still hope for Scotland against Argentina and Fiji against South Africa and you never know Gretna just might have a Shock for another part of the Unwashed!! Let's hope eh!!!!

lright Mark, calm down. The Argies are a d**n good team, and although we stand a better chance of beating them than France, Scotland are are not worthy of winning the World Cup. howevere it shoul dbe pointecout hat in certain situations, underdogs can occasionally play above the SCOTLAND SCOTLAND SCOOOOOOOTLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who is worthy? Australia and New Zealand were over whelming favourites in both games as England and France had somewhat miss fired during this tournament, yet no matter how good you have played or think that you are, your only as good as your last game and if the next one will put you out if you lose.
Nobody would have thought it possible prior to todays games that both anzacs would be out,and in a way that is good for sport in general for some people think they just have to turn up to win and that is never the case.
Of the game tomorrow,Argentina have been saying all the right things in respect to their opposition and i like that about them,,though i do hope they go their thinking they just have to turn up,,if Scotland lose,it's still been a good world cup as we qualified for the quarters when our previous performance's were suggesting a different form of results, but if Scotland win, then it's been a surprise tournament,,which in a way it started that way with Argentina's win against France in the first match.
Now if i recall correctley,in Euro 2004 Greece beat hosts Portugal in the first game of the tournament and then went on to win the tournament by beating Hosts Portugal in the final. So there's the Potential scenario,,that we already know who's going to win the rugby world cup! But then The Games have to be played!!! Don't they?

well it was one of those could have been games again! too many basic errors and stupid decisions, but we still could have sneaked it at the death 19-13 scoreline for the pumas in what looked like a very nervy display from both teams
