We got a flyer today from a kid collecting for our local church, the Little Friendship Missionary Baptist Church inviting us, as members of the community, to an anniverdary recital of their choir next Sunday afternoon.
Now, don't get me wrong, even as a completely secular non-religious kind of guy, I'm quite partial to the beautiful sound made by an African-American gospel choir in full flow. However, something tells me that next Sunday afternoon might not be the best time for me to go along and give them my support....unless, of course I can request a rousing rendition of "Glory to the Hibees" ;D

Please, God?

Ali Ali Ali.... what are you thinking about man. You have nearly a whole week to teach the kids the song. Also others like ooh 2 be a Hibee. I can just hear the kids belting it out. So spread the gospel and spread the word. H-I-B-E-R-N-I-A-N sing along now
